An Unemployed Man Committed Self-Immolation And Died In Ahwaz

HRANA News Agency – “Omid Rashedi Amiri”, 36-year-old Ahwazi citizen, in protest at unemployment and not renewing his job contract, attempted Self-immolation and burned himself, and died.

According to the sources of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Omid Rashidi Amiri, was married and had children. He attempted self-immolation on Wednesday 2nd October at 2:30 pm at the Trade unions office in “Ramshir”, after a verbal conflict, and then was transferred to Ahvaz Taleghani Hospital where he died due to severe injuries. 4 Students Released / 2 Still In Custody In Tehran

Atena Daemi Sent To A Hospital For MRI Scan

HRANA News Agency – The result of medical test of Atena Daemi, civil activist who is imprisoned in Evin prison, states that she is not suffering from MS disease and her health problems are caused by stress and psychological pressures. Ms. Daemi is still in an indeterminate state as her trial date has not been allocated yet.

Abbas Lesani Ended His Hunger Strike After 12 Days

HRANA News Agency – Abbas Lesani, civil activist from Ardabil, ended his hunger strike after 12 days and was transferred to the general ward.
