Ebrahim Firouzi, the converted Christian arrested again

HRANA News Agency – Ebrahim Firouzi the Christian citizen from Tehran was arrested on March 7th of 2013 by security forces.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) quoted from Mohabbat News, Ebrahim Firouzi who is 28 years old and converted christian, was disappeared for a few days and his family and friends had no news about his condition. Their worries increased while following ups and asking several times from friends and relatives had no result just they found that Ebrahim was arrested by some plainclothes agents when he was on his way to his job. HRANA News Agency – Behnam Irani the converted christian who is imprisoned in Karaj prison has serious critical health condition and the prison officials did not do anything to improve his health condition.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Behnam Irani the converted christian who imprisoned in ward 2 the hall 7 of Karaj prison has suffered from serious backache since two weeks ago and the officials did nothing about his medical treatment.

Four Baha’i high school students arrested

HRANA News Agency – The Etela’at agents of Semnan in a rare act arrested four Baha’i students without informing their families.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the Etela’at agents of Semnan entered Shahid Beheshti and Amir Kabir high schools with permission from administration of education, arrested four Baha’i students in classroom and transferred them to Semnan Etela’at. Two Christians are in detention for more than seven weeks

HRANA News Agency – About seven weeks ago plainclothes security agents arrested Shahrzad Y and Sam S, two of converted Christians community in Tehran.

According to a report of Mohebbat News, security agents arrested the two converted Christians on January 9th of 2013 at 11 a.m.

Both of them arrested at the same time in different places.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Security forces searched Sheida Ta’ieed’s home and arrested her and her guest Bayan Babaie on Monday, January 21, 2013.

Banning the bail of Saied Abedini and threatening it’s provider

HRANA News Agency – The illegal Evin prosecutor banned the bail for Saied Abedini the Iranian-American pastor.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), also the islamic revolutionary guards interrogators threatened the person who tried to put bail to prevent this prisoner’s furlough.

Saied Abedini is the Iranian-American who is accused to establishing home-church in 2009 and after his arrival to Iran in 2012 has been arrested by islamic revolutionary guards Etela’at and transferred to ward 2A.

More than eighty US senators from both Democrat and Republican parties on Thursday February 14th wrote a letter to John Kerry the United States Secretary of States and asked him to try to do all what is needed for freedom of Saied Abedini the Iranian-American pastor.

Iran: Baha’i Couple Arrested in Urmia

HRANA News Agency– Security forces inspected living and working places of a Baha’i couple and arrested them.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Security forces first inspected the working place of “Fardin Aghsani” and arrested him on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.

At the same time, intelligence ministry officers went to his house and after searching his house, seized his personal things such as books and photos related to Baha’i faith. They arrested his wife, Farahnaz Moghadam, and transferred them to an unknown place.

The detainees had a phone call to their families and there is no more information about them.

 

Baha’i Farmland Confiscated

HRANA – In April 2010, the Lands and Assets Headquarters of Mazandaran, A Division of Sepah (the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps), based on the Imam’s Decree, confiscated five thousand meters of land in Ghaemshahr that belonged to the late Mr. Ahmad Ahmadzadeh. The confiscation took place while the heirs of the deceased were using the land for farming.
