HRANA News Agency – With the beginning of the cold season, Sunni prisoners in Rajaei Shahr prison in Karaj are spending a hard time due to low standard of the remote ward that they are being kept in. The doors and the windows are not standard and there is no proper heating system. This condition has made the situation even harder for the ill prisoners.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), currently 50 Sunni prisoners are being kept in hall number 21 of section 7 of Rajaei Shahr prison. Delshad Vasimi Was Released from Rajaei Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – Delshad Vasimi was released while he was on a wheelchair and could not recognize his family, on October 19th.

Delshad Vasimi Transferred to a Hospital
HRANA News Agency – Delshad Vasimi who had been transferred to political prisoners’ ward in Rajaei Shahr prison on October 6, and had some specific types of injuries on his neck, was transferred to a hospital.

Manouchehr Kholousi Arrested to Serve in Vakil Abad Prison of Mashhad
HRANA News Agency – Manouchehr Kholousi, Bahai citizen was arrested one month prior to the determined date by security forces in order to serve his one year.

A Report about 8 Imprisoned Bahais from Gorgan
HRANA News Agency – Siamak Sadri, Farhad Eghbali, Farhad Fahandexh, Farahmand Sanaei, Foad Fahandexh, Payam Markazi, Kamal Kashani and Korosh Ziyari, 8 Bahais were arrested in 2012, and tried in branch umber 28 of the revolutionary court by judge Moghiseh and received sentences between 5 to 10 years in prison. 7 of these prisoners are serving their 5th, and one due to his illness, the 3rd year of their imprisonments without receiving any furlough.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), 32 Bahais from different cities in Golestan province were arrested in a one-year-long project and accused of interaction with Muslims and advocacy of Bahai faith, and put under severe pressure for confessions against themselves and accepting the allegations. 8 of them are serving their 5 to 10 years in Rajaei Shahr prison. The other 24 who are currently waiting for appeal court’s verdict, which was held on September 18, are facing sentences between 6 to 11 years. HRANA News Agency – On September 28, Yashar Rezvani, Baha’i citizen was released on the bail from Evin prison until his court session.

A Report on the Situation of Detained Christians
HRANA News Agency – After nearly three weeks, five detained Christians in Firoozkooh are held in Evin prison under detention. 17 Christians were present at the place where they were arrested (a personal garden), two of them were notified that they had been fired from their jobs after Intelligence Ministry officials visited their workplaces. Also according to the reports, two days after the raid of security forces, the garden which is a personal property, has been seized and security forces released abandoned animals of the garden and prevent the owner from entering it.

24 Bahais Appeal Court Held in Golestan Province
HRANA News Agency – The court session of 24 Baha`is was held in Golestan province. Due to the high number of defendants, continuation of the session was adjourned until next week. These civilians have been sentenced to between 6 to 11 years in prison in the primary court. The previous session was cancelled due to suspicion of the court regarding its eligibility, on Wednesday July 13.
