A Death Sentence Issued after Consent of the Complainants

HRANA News Agency – The images below are evidences that show the procedure of issuing an execution sentence for Ehsan Shah Qasemi, who has been charged with murder of a “Nahi e Monkar”, (Vice Preventer), and has been sentenced to death. The images show that the death time was three years after the conflict and the person who had been beaten up, had already signed a formal consent and had received some money as well, as compensation or treatment expenses.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ehsan Shah Qasemi and his friends had a conflict with a member of “Basij”, called Ali Khalili, in July 2011, after he gave them a warning as a “Vice Preventer” and then in the fighting, Ehsan Shah Qasim knifed Ali Khalili. Shahrukh Ta’if Released after 4 Years in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Shahrukh Ta’if was released from Raja’i Shahr prison this morning, at the end of a 4-year sentence.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mr. Ta’if was arrested at his home in Tehran on January 14, 2009 and held for over two months in solitary confinement. Tens of Teachers Arrested in front of Iranian Parliament

HRANA News Agency – Tens of teachers were arrested, following the silent protest that was held in front of the parliament, and then transferred to security police detention centre, located in Abbas Abad Street.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the silent protest of teachers on July 22, was held under heavy police and security forces presence and many teachers were arrested and transferred to security police detention centre, located in Abbas Abad Street. Amir Amirgholi in the 8th Month of Detention with no Trial

HRANA News Agency – After more than seven months of detention of Amir Amirgholi, political prisoner of ward number 8 of Evin prison, yet he is waiting for the court session.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), his court session was scheduled for May 23 in branch number 15 of the revolutionary court. Although he was transferred to the court, the session did not take place, and judge Salavati has not announced a new date yet.
