A prisoner is hanged in Bandar Abbas prison

HRANA News Agency – One prisoner has been hanged on March 10, 2013 in the Bandar Abbas prison.

According to a report by the “Human rights and democracy activists of Iran” website, Omid Shojai the 30 years old prisoner, married, having 2 children, who was waiting for death in the solitary, was hanged in the yard of the Bandar Abbas prison in the morning of the 10th of the March. He was in the section 8 of the Bandar Abbas prison for 4 years.

According to this report there are more than 100 prisoners waiting for the execution in the Bandar Abbas prison.

6 months of prison for the conservative blogger

HRANA News Agency – Mojtaba Danesh Talab, the conservative blogger mullah who was toughly against the demonstrators in 2009 went to the prison because of a single criticism about a message of the Leader.

HRANA News Agency – A young boy who was selling anti filters was recognized and arrested by the FATA Police forces in Qazvin.

Increasing number of daily-paid workers in Salmas

The latest list of the political prisoners in the Evin prison

HRANA News Agency – There are more than 206 political prisoners in the 350 and women’s sections of the Evin prison. This includes both who have definite sentences and those who are under temporary arrest.
Although the section 350 is one of the public sections of the Evin prison, the prisoners there are prevented from their basic rights like telephone contact or meeting their families.

No meeting and health treatment for Ali Moezi

HRANA News Agency – Although Ali Moezi is in a critical condition because of bladder cancer, the judge Salavati has ordered not to give him any meeting or health treatment now for 6 months.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the political prisoner Ali Moezi who is prevented from meeting and health treatment after refusing to go to the branch 15 of the revolutionary court of which the judge is Salavati, is in a critical situation because of bladder cancer. Denmark ends support on anti- narcotics program in Iran

HRANA News Agency – A Danish newspaper declared that the Danish government decided to stop their aids on Iranian anti-narcotics program in protest to death penalty in Iran.

 

According to Iran Human Rights website, Denmark is one of the western countries giving aid to Iran in anti-narcotics program. The aids have been done through United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime -UNODC.

No vacation for the 60 years old political prisoner

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Ghavi Del the political prisoner of the section 350 of the Evin prison is forbidden from having vacation for 3 years despite his age.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Ghavi Del the Turkman citizen is charged with “gathering and conspiring against state security” and sentenced to 5 years of prison by the branch 5 of the revolutionary court.

Mohammad Negari and Goran Bahrami are released

HRANA News Agency – Two of those who were recently arrested in Paveh have been released on Tuesday April 9 on the bail.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), although Mohammad Negari and Goran Bahrami are released, there are still five others, Ghane Hatami, Aras Hatami, Motasam Shafei, Pedram Ghaderian and Babak Abbasian, in the Dizel Abad prsion of Kermanshah.
