The List Of Over 80 Political Prisoners In Rajai Shahr Prison In Karaj

HRANA News Agency – The following list includes names, warrants and charges of more than 80 political prisoners, prisoners of conscience and security in Rajai Shahr prison which has been prepared by the reporters of HRANA.
A diverse range of prisoners charged with political, conscience, military and security allegations are being held in Rajai Shahr prison. Although many of these prisoners are kept in separate rooms in Hall 12 but a large number of these prisoners are being kept also between non-political, criminals and sometimes dangerous prisoners unlike the principle of separation of crimes. Vahid Asghari prevented from having prison visit

HRANA News Agency – Khodabakhshi, security deputy prosecutor of Tehran, prevented Vahid Asghari, prisoner, from visiting his mother.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Wednesday, 15th September, Vahid Asghari’s mother, who after a year of failing to meet his son (due to old age and illness) and recently was discharged from the hospital, referred to the Rajai Shahr prison’s political ward, to visit her son but she was denied to visit him. Vahid Asghari transferred to Rajaei Shahr prison

HRANA News Agency – Vahid Asghari, cyber-crime defendant has been transferred to hall number 12 of Rajaei Shahr prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Vahid Asghari, the imprisoned blogger has taken out from the ward 350 of Evin prison and transferred to Rajaei Shahr prison by security forces, on Wednesday August 13. Vahid Asghari refused to appear in the court

HRANA News Agency – Vahid Asghari the imprisoned weblogger has avoided to appear in the trial session.
 
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), this imprisoned weblogger was sentenced to death in branch 15 of Tehran revolutionary court by judge Salevati but lately the issued verdict was rejected by supreme court and sent back to branch 28 of provincial appealed in Tehran revolutionary court by the presidency of judge Mohammad Moghayeseh. The latest list of the political prisoners in the Evin prison

HRANA News Agency – There are more than 206 political prisoners in the 350 and women’s sections of the Evin prison. This includes both who have definite sentences and those who are under temporary arrest.
Although the section 350 is one of the public sections of the Evin prison, the prisoners there are prevented from their basic rights like telephone contact or meeting their families.

Vahid Asghari’s Death Sentence Was Confirmed/ Case Sent back to the Supreme Court Again

HRANA News Agency– The death sentence of Vahid Asghari which was rejected by the branch six of Supreme Court was confirmed again by Tehran’s Revolutionary Court and referred to the Supreme Court.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Vahid Asghari is an Iranian blogger and an information technology student who was sentenced to death by the Islamic Republic’s government in 2012. In spite of many problems in his case and lack of his presence in the court, Judge Salavati confirmed his verdict again unlawfully and sent back his case to the Supreme Court.

HRANA News Agency –Political prisoner Majid Assadi in Ward 350 of Evin Prison began hunger strike for one week protesting the measures of the branch 15th of Iran’s Revolutionary Court by Judge Salavati.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Political prisoner Majid Assadi in Ward 350 of Evin Prison began hunger strike for one week protesting the measures of the branch 15th of Iran’s Revolutionary Court by Judge Salavati toward two political prisoners in Ward 350 in Tehran’s Evin Prison. These two prisoners are Ali Moezi and Vahid Asghari, who were transferred to solitary confinement and banned from any visits.

Vahid Asghari was transferred to Solitary Confinement, banned of visiting and began hunger strike

HRANA News Agency – Vahid Asghari, Iranian imprisoned blogger in Ward 350 of Evin prison began hunger strike due to he was transferred to Solitary Confinement in Ward 240 and banned of visiting for three weeks by judge Salavati.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Vahid Asghari refused to defend himself and said he would not appeal the sentence, because he considered the court of first instance to be illegal and he must be in Handcuffs and shackles to be transferred to the court. So, his judge, Abolghasem Salavati at branch 15th of Tehran’s revolutionary court, issued 10 days in solitary confinement and three weeks ban of visiting for him. He said he will begin hunger strike in protest, while he was being transferred to solitary confinement.
