Naser Abdulhosseinzadeh Arrested and Transferred to Prison

HRANA News Agency – Naser Abdulhosseinzadeh, civil activist, has been arrested and transferred to Meshginshahr prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Naser Abdulhosseinzadeh, resident of Pars Abad city in Moghan, who was doing his military service in Tabriz, was arrested on 24th January at his service place by the police forces with a prior warrant and was handed over to the judicial authorities in Pars Abad city.
He was held in Pars Abad for one day in detention and then was transferred to the prison in Meshgin shahr on Sunday 25th January.
Naser Abdulhosseinzadeh, civil activist, had been arrested along with Saeed Hosseini on 21st February 2014 in the International Day of Mother Language on charges of activities to keep the values of the native language, and after one month was released on bail.
These two civil activists were arrested on charges of propaganda against the regime and were sentenced to 6 months imprisonment in absentia in December 2014.

Saman Nasim’s Attorney Has no Access to his Case

HRANA News Agency  –  Attorney of Saman Nasim, a young man who was under age when was arrested and sentenced to death and his sentence was approved by the Supreme Court, is not allowed to pursue his case.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Saman Nasim was under age at time of arrest and was charged with Enmity against God and has been sentenced to death and the court verdict was approved by the Supreme Court. A Political Prisoner Released from Meshkin Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Saeid Hoseini, political prisoner in Meshkin Shahr prison, was released on parole law.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Saeid Hoseini, political activist, who was arrested on 11th December 2014, at 10 am at his work place by the security forces and was charged with propaganda against the regime and sentenced to 6 months in prison was released after spending 2/3 of his sentence from Meshkin Shahr prison. No Information about 2 detained Kurdish Civilians

HRANA News Agency – Shoresh Ayeneh Bokani and Salar Saeidi, after 3 months in solitary confinement are still in suspended status after 3 months in solitary confinement.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shoresh Ayneh Bokani, son of Osman, born in 1981 and Salar Saeidi, son of Seyed Reza, born in 1993, both from Mahabad, were arrested by security forces on 5th October at the day of one of Muslims’ Eid, and were transferred to Intelligence office in Uremia.
