Mohammad Karimi Arrested In Tehran

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Karimi, civil activist and one of the participants in the civil protests in Tehran, was arrested by the security forces.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Karimi was arrested in the alley leading to his house, on Tuesday 5th October and was taken to an unknown location. A Poet Summoned To The Court In Kashan

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Mahdavifar, Kashani poet, was interrogated and summoned to the court on charge of writing a poem.

Video Footage Of Activists’ Protest In Tehran

HRANA News Agency – The following short video shows the mass protest gathering of civil activists and families of political and civil prisoners in front of Dena Tiers. In this gathering doctor Maleki, mother of Saeid Zainali, missing student activist, mother of Omid Alishenas, imprisoned civil activist, and a group of Mohamad Ali Taheri’s supporters and a group of civil activists and human rights activists were present. Mother of Amin Anvari, a young civil activist who recently was arrested, for the first time had attended this rally, and demanded the freedom of her son.

Another Student Activist Arrested In Tehran

HRANA News Agency – With the detention of Ghazal Moghadam, the number of detainees on Wednesday in Tehran and Karaj has reached to 6 people, and reports indicate that they have been transferred to Evin Prison.

2 Civil Activists Arrested In Ardebil

HRANA News Agency – Meysam Jolani and Morteza Parvin, two civil activists, after attending Branch 5 of the Public and Revolutionary Court in Ardebil, were arrested and sent to the prison of Ardabil.

According to Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), two Azerbaijani activists named Meysam Jolani and Morteza Parvin, who received the summons from the fifth Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Court in Ardebil, were present there, and after interrogation they were accused of disturbing public order and the prosecutor of this office issued an arrest warrant and arrested these two and sent them to prison. 4 Civil Activists in Tehran Sentenced to Imprisonments

HRANA News Agency – Arash Sadeghi, Golrokh Ebrahimi, Naveed Kamran and Behnam Mosivand have been sentenced by the Revolutionary Court Branch 15 to imprisonments.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Saturday, 22nd August, primitive sentence of four civil activists was communicated in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court to them. According to this verdict, Arash Sadeghi has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, that in accordance with Article 134 of the Penal Code it will be reduced on the appeal court, Golrokh Ebrahimi was sentenced to six years imprisonment, and Navid Kamran and Behnam Mosivand were sentenced to 18 months imprisonment each. Kourosh Zaim Sentenced to 1 Year in Prison
