HRANA News Agency – Seyed Hossain Poormostafa Eghdam, political prisoner, was released on parole, on April 11.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Seyed Hossain Poormostafa Eghdam, who had been arrested by the security forces on May 30, 2014, after serving 23 months in Mahabad prison, used parole and was released on April 11th. The Last Session of Sohail Babadi’s Court Held by Judge Poorarab
HRANA News Agency – After 4 years, the last session of appeal court for Sohail Babadi, prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison, was held by judge Poorarab.

The Court of Appeal Confirmed Mohammad Shojaei’s Imprisonment Sentence
HRANA News Agency – The sentence of Mohammad Shojaei, political prisoner of Evin prison, was processed in parallel court branch, and the previous sentence of certain 5 years and conditional 5 years in prison and 5 years of deprivation from leaving the country, was confirmed.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), a close source to Shojaei family told HRANA’s reporter, “5 years certain, 5 years conditional sentence and 5 years deprivation from leaving the country of Mohammad Shojaei was confirmed after two and half months in the parallel branch, by judge Poorarab”. 2 Political Prisoners Beaten and Stabbed in the Prison of Urmia
HRANA News Agency – Once again, disrespect for non-compliance with the principle of separation based on the kind of crime, has made problems for political prisoners. Two political prisoners in Urmia prison, “Mustafa Sabzi” and “Ali Yeganeh” were beaten and stabbed by the prisoners of serious crimes.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mustafa Sabzi and Ali Yeganeh, two political prisoners in Urmia prison, ward 13, which is reserved for prisoners with serious crimes, including drugs and murder, were beaten and stabbed by other prisoners of this ward and their faces have been seriously injured, on 11th April. Tahir Ghaderzadeh Sentenced to 91 Days in Prison
HRANA News Agency – Tahir Ghaderzadeh member of the teachers association of Kurdistan, was sentenced to 91 days imprisonment on charges of propaganda against the system due to setting up the teachers’ assembly and disturbing the public opinion.

Prisoners of Quarantine of Zahedan Prison on Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – Quarantine prisoners of Zahedan prison are on a hunger strike to protest at the lack of adequate food, as well as many other problems. Prisoners say, “We are treated like animals.”
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), poor conditions and lack of adequate food and starved prisoners in Zahedan prison has been to the extent that the quarantine prisoners has begun a hunger strike and other prisoners are asking for help from the wider international community because of numerous grievances. The Bail Put for Peyman Aref Being Forfeited
HRANA News Agency – According to the issued notice by Branch 1 of the law enforcement of Evin Prison, Masood Olyaee sponsor of Peyman Aref was required to introduce him to the judicial authorities in the next 30 days. The notice states that in the absence of Peyman Aref, the bail will be forfeited in favor of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

At Least 13 Arab Civilians Arrested in Ahwaz
HRANA News Agency – At least 13 Arab citizens have been arrested or summoned on the anniversary of protests of Arabs in Ahwaz in April 2005. The fate of some of the detainees is not known.
