HRANA News Agency – Seyed Hadi Hossaini and Seddigh Mohammadi, the Sunni prisoners of Ghezel Hesar prison are under the extra pressure by the authorities.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after the transfer of Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Moulayi, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani to Rajaei Shahr prison following their 75 days hunger strike, two other prisoners with the name of Seddigh Mohammadi and Seyed Hadi Hossaini, are still kept in Ghezelhesar and authorities are putting extra pressure on them. A political prisoner is taken back from hospital to prison

HRANA News Agency – Mashallah Hae`ri, the old prisoner of Rajaei Shar prison, has been transferred to Day hospital, after a heart attack, while being handcuffed and shackled.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mashallah Hae`ri was transferred to prison clinic and then by physician’s medical order, on an emergency form to Imam Khomeini hospital, after his ears and nose were bleeding, on February 13. HRANA News Agency – Arash Mohammadi, the leftist student activist, who had come on furlough since January 22nd, returned to Tabriz Central Prison on January 28th.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the authorities of Tabriz Central Prison had first agreed with a 4-day furlough for him which was extended for 2 days afterwards because of his kidney disease. Iranian Writers Association’s monthly meeting was banned

HRANA News Agency – The Iranian Writers Association says government officials prevented the group from holding its monthly advisory meeting.

 

In a statement, the association says the meeting was scheduled to be held at the home of one of the members on Tuesday January 21. However, in a telephone communication, the security officials summoned the member to the ministry of intelligence and forced him to cancel the meeting. HRANA News Agency – political prisoners of hall 12 announced a three days long strike by which they will refuse to get prison’s ration, in protest to closing the library of ward, resumption of sending noises, mandatory uniforms for political prisoners and insulting interrogations.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), political prisoners and prisoners of conscientious of hall 12 of Rajaei Shahr prison, announced that they will refuse to get the governmental ration of the prison from Monday January 28, for 3 days in protest to resumption of sending noises and closing the library, interrogations with insult and mandatory use of uniforms for political prisoners.
