HRANA News Agency – Abolfazl Abedini, an Iranian political prisoner who was exiled to Ahvaz Prison last week, has reportedly been returned to Evin Prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Journalist Abolfazl Abedini, who has testified regarding signs of torture on the body of Sattar Beheshti in an investigation into the death of the jailed blogger while in custody of cyber police, had been removed from Evin Prison and transferred to Ahvaz Prison in Southwest Iran.

HRANA News Agency – 85 years old Baha’i citizen, Mohammad Husein Nakha’i was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Husein Nakha’i, 85 years old Baha’i citizen from Birjand city was detained five months ago with the charges of propaganda against regime and being member of Baha’i Community was sentenced to 3 years in prison by local revolutionary court.

HRANA News Agency – Journalist Abolfazl Abedini has been exiled back to Ahvaz after testifying about the torture of Sattar Beheshti.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Abedini has been exited from Ward 350 evin to be exiled to Ahvaz prison after testifying about the torture of Sattar Beheshti. Abedini has said he will begin hunger strike in protest of his exile.

Anisa Fanai’an, Iranian Baha’i citizen was sentenced to prison

HRANA News Agency – Iranian Baha’i citizen Anisa Fanai’an was sentenced to 22 months in prison.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Anisa Fanai’an is Baha’i citizen of Semnan. She was sentenced to four years and four months prison in primary court with charges of propaganda against the regime and being member of a Baha’i group. But it was reduced to 22 months in the appeals court.

Three Kurdish Prisoners in Limbo for Fifteen Months
HRANA News Agency – Three political prisoners from the city of Sanandaj have been locked up in Rajai-Shahr Prison in Karaj for fifteen months without any formal charges.In this state of limbo, their future and fate remain uncertain.
According to a report by Mukrian News Agency, Arman Bahmani, Ramin Karami and Fakhrudin Azizi were arrested about fifteen months ago by Iranian security forces and transferred to Karaj’s Rajai-Shahr Prison.These three Kurdish citizens are originally from the city of Sanandaj in Kurdistan Province.
During the initial interrogarations, these three political prisoners were accused of cooperating with religious groups and organizations.However, no formal charges have been filed thus far.

A Message to Eighteen Brave Prisoners on Hunger Strike
HRANA – The following message has been released by Mothers of Park Laleh and addressed to eighteen political prisoners on hunger strike in Evin Prison.
“Not everyone must be executed.”
These words were uttered by the Prosecutor General of Tehran after the political prisoner Mohsen Dikmechi died in Evin Prison.The recent deaths of Haleh Sahabi and Hoda Saber have proven that the government of Iran insists on fulfilling such a plan.
The brave and beloved children of Iran, from behind Evin’s soaring prison walls, the news of your hunger strike in protest to Haleh Sahabi and Hoda Saber’s deaths have reached our ears.You are the free-hearted individuals who don’t give up fighting for freedom and liberty even in shackles and bondage.
The courageous children of Iran, our mother land needs you, the daring souls.You are the promise of future bliss and hope for this land.
Therefore, we, the Mothers of Park Laleh, ask you to end your hunger strike before this regime’s wicked intentions bound to eliminate the existence of those pure in heart is realized.
With the hopes of victory and liberty for Iran and longing for the day that there will be no prison walls in the world,

Prisoner committed suicide in Mahabad’s prison
HRANA News Agency – A prisoner convicted of murdering committed suicide by hanging himself.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shouresh Aldo, 35, from Mahabad who had been arrested 4 months ago on charge of murdering, committed suicide on Saturday, November 10, 2012.
