HRANA News Agency – Tehran Prosecutor’s Office in an illegal order, prevented Kamran Ayazi, political prisoner, from being released form Rajai Shahr prison in the last minute.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on 22nd July, while the family of Mr. Ayazi were waiting for his freedom from prison, after inquiry from enforcement office in Rajai Shahr Prison, Tehran prosecutor in an illegal action canceled the deduction of his sentence and prevented his freedom and announced January as his the date of his freedom. The Prosecutor Refuses to Release Mohsen Mirdamadi and Mehdi Khodaei

HRANA News Agency – Judicial officials of Evin prison and Revolutionary Court in Tehran have informed families of Mohsen Mirdamadi and Seyed Mehdi Khodaei that as Tehran prosecutor, Jafari Dolatabadi, refused the implementation of Article 134 of the Penal Code, so they cannot be released although, based on the new law they are entitled to be released from prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), over the past few weeks and after judicial proceedings by the families and solicitors of Mr. Mohsen Mirdamadi and Seyed Mehdi Khodaei, two political prisoners from ward 350 of Evin prison, regarding implementation of Article 134 of the Penal Code, Judicial authorities of Evin prison and Revolutionary Court in Tehran have announced that  as Tehran prosecutor, Jafari Dolatabadi, refused the implementation of Article 134 of the Penal Code, so they cannot do anything about these two prisoner’s’ case and their freedom. Reza Shahabi, Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zareinejad Sentenced to 18 Months in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Reza Shahabi, Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zareinejad, who were charged with propaganda against the regime, have been sentenced to accumulation of 18 months in prison following the events that are known as black Thursday.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), in a court session held on branch number 26 of revolutionary court for three beaten prisoners in “black Thursday” on Saturday March 7, Reza Shahabi was sentenced to one year and Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zaresi Alinejad sentenced to 91 days in prison. 3 Political Prisoners Tried in Tehran Revolutionary Court

HRANA News Agency – Reza Shahabi, Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zareinejad, were tried for charge of propaganda against the regime which was alleged to them after the events on 17th April (Guards’ riot to ward 350) at branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on 15th February, a trial was held for accusation of propaganda against the regime, against Reza Shahabi, Kamran Ayazi and Omid Zareinejad, at branch 26 of Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Ahmadzadeh. A political prisoner exiled to Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Kamran Ayazi, the prisoner of conscience of ward 350 of Evin prison, is exiled to Rajai Shahr prison of Karaj.

Kamran Ayazi will be tried tomorrow

HRANA News Agency – After being tried for the first time in March 2012, Dr. Kamran Ayazi is going to be tried on Tuesday 18th of February by branch 76 of Tehran Court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Dr. Kamran Ayazi had already been sentenced to 9 years in prison, 160 lashes and 48 million Rials surcharge by the branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran on the charges of Gathering and collusion to act against the national security and blasphemy charges. Said Abedini is suffering from stomach bleeding

HRANA News Agency – Said Abedini the imprisoned priest, has been transferred form section 240 of Evin prison to Tehran Modarres hospital and been back to the prison after getting outpatient treatment.
According to a report by Kalameh website, Said Abedini who is one of ten political prisoners who are in the solitaries of the Evin prison has been transferred to the hospital because of having stomach bleeding and after a short visit by the doctor been back to the Evin prison. 10 political prisoners are transferred to solitaries

HRANA News Agency – 10 political prisoners of the section 350 of the Evin prison have been transferred to the section 240’s solitaries.
According to report by Kalame website, Said Madani, Abdollah Momeni, Abolfazl Abedini Nasr, Siamak Ghaderi, Amir Khosro Dalir Sani, Mohammad Hassan Yousefpour Seyfi, Said Abedini, Kamran Ayazi, Mohammad Ebrahimi and Pouya Ebrahimi are the 10 political prisoners who have been transferred to the solitaries Sunday afternoon. The latest list of the political prisoners in the Evin prison

HRANA News Agency – There are more than 206 political prisoners in the 350 and women’s sections of the Evin prison. This includes both who have definite sentences and those who are under temporary arrest.
Although the section 350 is one of the public sections of the Evin prison, the prisoners there are prevented from their basic rights like telephone contact or meeting their families.
