Mohammad Nazari Serving His 22nd Year without Furlough
HRANA News Agency – The demand of parole or transfer of Mohammad Nazari, political prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison, who is serving his 22nd year, had been refused by the intelligence ministry. Also he has had no furlough and proper medical treatment for unclear bureaucratic reasons so far. In a brief note with attachment of a request letter based on being transferred to the prison of Urmia, the injustice and the lack of independence of the judiciary.

Hussein Ali Mohammadi Ended His Hunger Strike in Tabriz Prison
HRANA News Agency – On November 10, Hussein Ali Mohammadi, political prisoner ended his hunger strike on the eighth day of the strike, in Tabriz prison by the realization of his appeal in the prison. On the other hand, Rasoul Razavi and Morteza Moradpour, two political prisoners who are on hunger strike and recently were exiled to a prison in Karaj, were deprived of visits and telephone contacts with their families.

Habib Sasanian in an Undecided Condition in Tabriz Prison
HRANA News Agency – Habib Sasanian, poet from Ardabil, is still in an undecided condition, after 5 months since he has been arrested and imprisoned in central prison of Tabriz. No court has been assigned for his case and he has been deprived of effective antifungal therapy.

Ayatollah Kazemeini Boroujerdi in Critical Health Condition in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Kazemeini Boroujerdi, a prisoner of conscience in Evin prison has been transferred to the prison’s clinic twice on November 5 and 6, due to “complications of bone pain” and has been returned to the ward without proper treatment. The dissident cleric has faced various medical problems and has been deprived of proper treatment and is kept in the special ward for clergies in Evin prison in the past 10 years.

Golrokh Irai Visited Her Mother for the First Time Since Her Arrest
HRANA News Agency – On October 24, Golrokh Irai, civil activist, was arrested violently by Revolutionary Guards of Sarollah without any warrant, to serve her 6 years of imprisonment and was transferred to Evin prison “blindfolded and handcuffed”. Ms. Irai who has health problems and even could not appear and defend herself at the hearing due to a surgery, had requested several times to meet her husband, Arash Sadeghi while he has gone on hunger strike since her arrest, but the authorities have not allowed them to meet each other yet.

Amir Amirgholi Joined the Hunger Strikers in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – While physical condition of prisoners on hunger strike is becoming critical, Evin prison authorities increased pressure on these prisoners. Arash Sadeghi was threatened to be transferred to ward number 4 on day 24th of his strike. Mahdi and Hossain Rajabian were transferred to ward number 4 on the 20th day of their strike. Meanwhile there is no information about Ali Shariati on the 17th day of his strike. It is reported that Amir (Ali) Amirgholi started hunger strike in protest to being injured by a foreign prisoner and lack of life safety in ward number 8. Sabri Hasanpoor who was transferred to Evin clinic following his heart attack, has been transferred to ward number 4 as a punishment of signing the support letter of prisoners on strike, and started a strike and refused to take his medicine. Vahid Sayadi Nasiri who was transferred to prison clinic on the 32nd day of his strike, refused to receive serum.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Arash Sadeghi has faced law blood pressure, kidney pain and water rejection by stomach. Rasoul Razavi Ended His Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – While Rasoul Razavi has announced that he has ended his hunger strike, on the forty-fourth day by a short messages, in the central prison of Karaj, Vahid Sayadi Nassiri has been transferred to solitary confinement on the thirty first day of his hunger strike, the left kidney of Hossein Rajabian has been infected and Ali Shariati was taken to a hospital. A number of other political prisoners still continue on their hunger strike.
