At Least 977 Executions in Iran in 2015; Amnesty International
HRANA News Agency – Amnesty International reported that in 2015, the rate of executions in the world was the highest in the past 25 years and Iran, along with Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have been announced as the countries with the highest number of executions.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Amnesty International has announced in a report that in 2015 at least 1634 people were executed in 25 countries. 2 Brothers Have Been Arrested in Baneh
HRANA News Agency – Intelligent service forces raided in a house in Baneh and arrested two brothers with the names of Hossain Daneshmand (41 years old and traditional medicine vendor) and Hasan Daneshmand (43 years old and physician), both residents of Tehran. They were on a trip to spend some time in their mother’s house for the New Year, and there is no information about their faith since then.

HRANA News Agency – Adnan Hasanpoor, imprisoned journalist of Marivan prison, after serving 9 years in prison, is waiting for his release in the last year of his sentence.

HRANA News Agency – The situation of 7 civil rights activists who are kept in Ardebil prison, has been described as “not proper” in a contact with their family.
According to the report of the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), 7 Turk (Azeri) civil rights activists named Tohid Amir Amini, Mortaza Parvin, Meisam Jolani, Saeed Sadeghifar, Saleh Pichganlo, Mostafa Parvin and Mohsen Mohsenzadeh who are serving their sentences in the Ardebil prison, complained about the whereabouts and have described their conditions as deplorable and intolerable, in contact with their families. Amnesty International Called for Immediate Release of Narges Mohammadi
HRANA News Agency – Amnesty International announced in a statement, April 20th as the date for the trial of Narges Mohammadi, calling for immediate release and action for the case of the defender of human rights.

A Kenyan Prisoner Died in Evin Prison due to Lack of Medical Treatment
HRANA News Agency – Keynes Kyngvry, Kenyan prisoner in Evin Prison died last week while serving his eight-year-sentence. An official source announced his death due to ingestion of drug while according to witnesses he had died in prison due to lack of medical attention.
