HRANA News Agency – The sentence of Mohammad Shojaei, political prisoner of Evin prison, was processed in parallel court branch, and the previous sentence of certain 5 years and conditional 5 years in prison and 5 years of deprivation from leaving the country, was confirmed.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), a close source to Shojaei family told HRANA’s reporter, “5 years certain, 5 years conditional sentence and 5 years deprivation from leaving the country of Mohammad Shojaei was confirmed after two and half months in the parallel branch, by judge Poorarab”. Two political prisoners in Urmia prison, “Mustafa Sabzi” and “Ali Yeganeh” were beaten and stabbed by the prisoners of serious crimes.
