HRANA News Agency – It is reported that the status of Saeed Hoseinzadeh, political prisoner, on the 15th day of his hunger strike is critical. The clinic of prison had said to the Tehran prosecutor’s office in a letter that the continuation of this situation could lead to myocardial infarction, due to the “a substantial drop in blood pressure and heart rate and heart problems”.
According to the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the judicial authorities, due to the letter, asked his family to encourage him to break the strike because, according to them, it would not help. Mohammad Ali Taheri’s Lawyers Oppose the Court’s Decision
HRANA News Agency – Lawyers of Mohammad Ali Taheri, imprisoned founder of the “Erfan Halgheh”, say according to Article 134 of the Penal Code, implementation of punishment by a fine against this prisoner is illegal. The executive office in Evin prison has told Mr. Taheri that he should pay the fine otherwise his properties would be confiscated.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), lawyers of Mohammad Ali Taheri said that in accordance with Article 134 and the aggregation of the crime, the punishment of 5 years imprisonment for their client was the maximum penalty and a fine was not legally enforceable. Interrogator Prevents Saeid Hossainzadeh from Having Medical Furlough
HRANA News Agency – Judicial officials have said to Saeid Hossainzadeh that the interrogators prevented him from having furlough. This is while, the case has entered into court processing long times ago, and by issuance of the final sentence, the interrogators are not allowed to interfere in the case anymore.

HRANA News Agency – The Chief of Police in Tehran, Hossein Sajedinia has announced the arrest of more than a hundred “Hooligans” in Tehran in the form of “dealing with disrupting the social order and norm-breakers”. Informed sources have said to HRANA’s reporter that Police have forced them to confess against themselves by prohibiting phone calls and visits and having lawyer and beating them.
According to the sources of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), about 165 people in various parts of Tehran were arrested by the security forces in the form of “dealing with disrupting the social order and norm-breakers” from January to February. Reza Samie Monfared on the 8th Day of Hunger Strike in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – After being on hunger strike for 7 days in Evin prison, the prison officials have not yet responded to Reza Samie Monfared’s demands. An informed source said that due to illness and physical problems, the continuation of his hunger strike might cause a lot of problems for him.

Saeid Hoseinzadeh Threated to Go on a Dry Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – Saeid Hoseinzadeh, imprisoned civil rights activist who is on hunger strike, wrote a letter to announce that, in case of failure to address his demands in the coming days, he will go on dry hunger strike and will stop drinking water. He wrote that he did not know that activity for the charities and supporting labor children was a criminal offense and would face imprisonment.
According to the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), this social activist who suffers from heart disease, gastrointestinal and joints problems, has gone on hunger strike since 15 days ago with the demands of “medical furlough or freedom due to the order of inability to endure the punishment” or stopping the moratorium, and said in his letter that he was written on the 9th day of hunger strike, “he has faced 6 kg of weight loss, drop of blood pressure and palpitations”. Pressures Grow on Prisoners of Mahabad Prison
HRANA News Agency – The misbehavior of Mahabab prison authorities has increased in the past month. Frequent inspections, humiliation and obscenity and beating the prisoners are the issues which have been repeatedly happened many times in this prison during the past month.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the authorities of Mahabab prison inspect the rooms and suites of prisoners frequently because of unknown reasons and in most cases these inspections end to the humiliation and beating the prisoners. Saeid Razavi Faghih Transferred to the Hospital
HRANA News Agency – Saeid Razavi Faghih, political prisoner of ward number 7 of Evin prison was sent to Tehran Heart Centre for medical treatment. Mr. Razavi Faghih had complained about the medical negligence since his arrest in March 2014.

Saeid Hossainzadeh in Critical Health Condition on 6th Day of Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – After 6 days on hunger strike, judicial authorities have not yet responded to the letter and strike of Saeid Hossainzadeh. This civil rights activist is suffering from different diseases and had lost a considerable amount of weight during these 6 days.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Saeid Hossainzadeh has written in a letter that, “because my medical transfers are carried out with months of delays, and currently I cannot tolerate the prison condition, and also that I need some specific surgery operations which cannot be carried out in the hospitals which have contract with the prison, I request first for medical furlough and apply of my exemption from punishment, so that I can proceed my medical treatments later on”. Ordinary Prisoners Punished for Supporting Political Prisoners
HRANA News Agency – Two of the prisoners with financial crimes who had supported political prisoners during a conflict in ward 7 of Evin prison, has been transferred from the ward as a punishment. One of the prisoners had been transferred to the “Fashafoyeh” prison and the other prison had been transferred to the second hall of 7th ward of Evin prison.
