According to a report by Majzoobae-Nour website, Kasra Nouri was tried in branch 3 of Shiraz revolutionary court by judge Rashidi and sentenced to 4 years and 4 months imprisonment on charges of propaganda against regime, acting against national security, insulting the supreme leader of Iran and membership in Majzooban group. According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), quoted from Majzooban Noor, on April 1st of 2013 Kasra Nouri who is in hunger strike for 75 days with Sale Moradi together, was transferred to Shiraz Etela’at, interrogated and beaten for a few hours to force him to end his hunger strike which Dervishes protest in front of detention center of Shiraz Etela’at forced Etela’at to transfer Kasra to Adelabad prison again. HRANA News Agency – “Nika Kholusi” and “Nava Kholusi” two Bahai sisters have been released on the bail of 6 Milliard Rials after 185 of arrest.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), these two Bahai Iranians living in Mashhad were arrested on 26th September 2012 by the intelligence agents of Mashhad, are released after 185 days on the bail. They have been released on 30th March 2013 on the bail of 3 Milliard Rials for each of them.
