Teymoor Khaledian Insulted and Beaten in the Court

HRANA News Agency – Teymoor Khaledian was insulted and beaten after an argument with security guards when he was entering the Revolutionary Court in Malayer about 3 weeks ago. The prosecutor accused him of disturbing the court order and after a night of detention and formation of a new file, released him on the bail.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Teymoor Khaledian was insulted and beaten by an officer after officer’s bad behavior towards him and an argument between them at his arrival to the Revolutionary Court in Malayer about 3 weeks ago and was arrested. A Social Activist Arrested in Tehran

HRANA News Agency – Mustafa Gholamnejad was arrested by the security forces and after his personal belongings, including a laptop were confiscated, he was transferred to an unknown location on the evening of May 24.

Mohammad Mozaffari Sentenced to Imprisonment, Lashes and Fine

HRANA News Agency – Based on a verdict issued by Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran, political activist, Mohammad Mozaffari was sentenced to two years imprisonment, 20 million IRR fine and 74 lashes.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Mozaffari, who had been tried by Judge Salvati in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court on May 3, was sentenced to imprisonment, fine and lashes. Mohammad Najafi Acquitted in One of Three Cases

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Najafi, a lawyer and human rights activist was acquitted of the allegation of “7 disciplinary violations” at branch number 3 of law enforcement court of Markazi province. This was one of the three cases that the lawyer is prosecuted on the basis of them.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on May 20, 2016, branch number 3 of law enforcement court of Markazi province issued the acquittal of Mohammad Najafi for allegation of “7 disciplinary violations”. A Poet Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Mohammadreza Haj Rostambeiglo, the poet who had been arrested in December 2015, was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment by the court in his absence.
According to the report of the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammadreza Haj Rostambeiglo, poet, who had been arrested on Wednesday December 15, 2015, in Karaj and then was released on a bail of 700 million IRR from the Central prison of Karaj, was tried by Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court in Karaj, in his absence, and was sentenced to 3 years in prison. A Poet Arrested in Sanandaj

HRANA News Agency – Omid Soleimani, writer and journalist from Paweh, was arrested by intelligence agents in Sanandaj and there is no information regarding his condition and location.

Mohammad Najafi Faces a Third Case in the Court of Shazand

HRANA News Agency – After being summoned to the judiciary, Mohammad Najafi, judicial lawyer, was informed that a third case has been opened for him and he is facing  a charge of “spreading lies for disturbing public opinions”, for his speech in Nobonyad mosque in Shazand.
