HRANA News Agency – Attila Saifi (Moosa), civic activist in Miandoab, has been sentenced to 6 months imprisonment in the primary court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Branch 102 of the General Criminal Court of Miandoab city, by an indictment on 1st June, sentenced Mr. Attila Seifi to 6 months imprisonment on charges of propaganda against the regime, while he was acquitted of charges of belonging to opposition groups. Yousef Kakeh Mami Transferred to Intelligence Office in Ormia

HRANA News Agency – Yousef Kakeh Mami, political prisoner in Ormia prison, was summoned to the office of branch 6 of court in Ormia, on charges of propaganda against the regime and communicating with foreign media.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), this was notified on Tuesday 23rd June to Ormia prison, while this prisoner had been transferred to solitary confinement of Intelligence office in Ormia, on 15th June, and there is no information available about him. The Prosecutor Prevents Kamran Ayazi from Being Released

HRANA News Agency – Tehran Prosecutor’s Office in an illegal order, prevented Kamran Ayazi, political prisoner, from being released form Rajai Shahr prison in the last minute.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on 22nd July, while the family of Mr. Ayazi were waiting for his freedom from prison, after inquiry from enforcement office in Rajai Shahr Prison, Tehran prosecutor in an illegal action canceled the deduction of his sentence and prevented his freedom and announced January as his the date of his freedom. More than 23 Years of Imprisonment for 6 Protesters to the Raid in Ward 350

HRANA News Agency – By the verdict of judge Salavati, the head of branch number 15 of the revolutionary court, 6 protesters who gathered in front of the presidential office during April 2014, to show their remonstration to beating the prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison, known as Black Thursday, have been sentenced to a total of 23 years and 9 months.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the raid to ward 350 had been done on April 17, 2013, in which the prison guards rushed into the ward on the pretext on inspection and beat the prisoners. Many prisoners were injured and after that, many were transferred to solitary confinement, some exiled and many prisoners were profiled. 2 Civil Activists’ Cases Sent Back to the Primarily Court

HRANA News Agency – Branch 7 of East Azerbaijan appeal court has referred the cases of Hossein Ali Mohammadi Alvar and Sayed Taha Kermani to the primarily court for the some amend.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Monday 22nd June, branch 7 of appeal court in East Azerbaijan province, because of the “mistake in the form” in statement issued against Hossein Ali Mohammadi Alvar and Sayed Taha Kermani, referred their case for amendment, to Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court in Tabriz. Mehdi Farahi Shandiz Sentenced to Another 3 Years in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Mehdi Farahi Shandiz, political prisoner in Rajai Shahr Prison, in Karaj, was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment for the third time with the quite similar charges, in fact, first two times were during his imprisonment, and in this way, he should spend 9 years in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), regarding the court verdict, issued on 26th May, Mehdi Farahi Shandiz was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment by the branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Moghiseh, on charges of insulting the Supreme Leader, and disturbing public order, and this is despite the fact that he has not been informed about the Court hearing, and also the decision was not delivered to prisoner or the prisoner’s lawyer, and was directly stated on the prisoners situation statement. A Sunni Imam Has to Leave His Hometown and Mosque

HRANA News Agency – Mohieddin Mohammad Zadeh, Friday prayers Imam and community of Kooleh village, in Diwandareh city, in a decree by the Islamic Center, was sentenced to leave the village and the mosque.
