HRANA News Agency – Alireza Tajiki who had been kept in Adelabad prison in Shiraz on charge of murder since the age of 15, was executed on August 10, 2017, despite repeated requests from human rights organizations and ambiguities in the case.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ehsan Neisari, 16, was killed in the city of Fasa in 2011. A 15-year-old teenager namely Alireza Tajiki was arrested on charge of this murder. After a while, the death sentence was issued for the teenager on charge of rape and murder. HRANA News Agency – With authentication of the identity of another prisoner who was executed in Tabriz Central Prison, the number of executions in this prison in one day rose to two. Both prisoners had been charged with murder and had been sentenced to death.

HRANA News Agency – Farzad Kamangar, teacher and human rights activist, and 4 other political prisoners with the names of Ali Haidarian, Shirin Alamhouly, Farhad Vakili, and Mehdi Islamian, were executed in Evin prison parking in secrecy, after a flawed trial and judicial process, without informing their lawyers and families on May 9th, 2010. After 7 years from this execution, yet there is no information regarding the burial location of their bodies.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the execution of Farzad Kamangar and four other prisoners happened during an unprecedented wave of national and international protests, while according to documents in the lawsuit, the judicial process of these cases were flawed and in violation of law, including illegal arrest, long term solitary confinement, prevention from having access to lawyers after the arrest, mental and physical tortures, especially for three of them in Sanandaj and Kermanshah detention centers of intelligence, in addition to multiple cases of violation of law, in which at least three of them (Farzad Kamangar, Farhad Vakili and Ali Haidarian) did not have chance to defend themselves and were charged with Muharebeh in a 7-minute-long trial and sentenced to death. HRANA News Agency – At least 7 prisoners who had been sentenced to death on charge of homicide, were executed in Rajai Shahr prison. Meanwhile execution of Mehdi Bohlouli who has committed murder when he was 17 years old, was stopped again.

HRANA News Agency – Saman Naseem, death row juvenile offender in Uremia prison was transferred to the court for verification of his age at the time of arrest. The examination was conducted by forensic officers but no result has been publicized yet.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Saman Naseem, death row juvenile offender, who is imprisoned in ward number 12 of central prison of Uremia was transferred to the revolutionary court of Uremia in order to be examined regarding his age at the time arrest, by presence of judge and forensic officers on June 1, 2017, even though he had previously been examined and it had been confirmed by the forensic that he was under 18 at the time of the alleged crime. HRANA News Agency – At least eight prisoners charged with “murder” were executed in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj. It is to say that, two other prisoners were executed in Tabriz Central Prison and one prisoner in Adel Abad prison, in Shiraz, on similar charges.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), at least 14 prisoners charged with murder had been transferred to solitary confinement in Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj, on April 16, 2017, and at least eight of them were executed in this prison, on April 18.
